Cre8r technology tools and Ops team vet each profile that registers on our network. Our screening process is exceptionally thorough and only allows-in the creators that produce high value content that is relevant and trustworthy, while eliminating the incompatible ones out of the system. When you create your first campaign with us, you will be able to see the profiles that the system curates based on tons of data sets and insights, and help you select the ones that are compatible with your standards and align with your campaign requirements.

What is Cre8r revenue model? How does the company make money?

On barter campaigns we charge clients a fixed platform fee for creating every piece of content. And on paid campaigns our margins are bundled in the price listed of influencers.

Are there any other commitments for the brands or any hidden costs like subscriptions?

Nope, our model is extremely simple. For barter we charge a fixed platform fee per content and for paid campaigns, our cost is all inclusive to the price mentioned.

Why does working with the Cre8r network make more sense rather than a database provider?

There are a couple of reasons you should note before making the right choice. Databases essentially are scraped Instagram ID’s, and, in most cases, influencers don’t even know they’re a part of that database. Whereas, the list of curated influencers entails those creators that are registered on our platform by filling out their information and authorizing us to connect with their Instagram account for data insights. All this leaves the guesswork behind.

Can I select influencers from specific industries?

Absolutely, you can, while creating a campaign on our platform you get an option to select the influencer categories you would like to work with.

Do you track reach & engagement rate?

Yes, apart from other data sets and insights, our platform does track reach & ER of all influencers. These are some of the key KPI’s that ensure that the system filters out the creators whose content doesn’t align with the campaign’s requirement.

Do I have licensing rights to the images?

Yes, the client receives full licensing and distribution rights of the video or image that influencers have created and uploaded. You can reuse the same anywhere online at no additional cost.

Can I search for particular creators?

No, our listing doesn't mention names and therefore it is not possible for a brand to look for a specific creator profile.

Where are your creators located?

All of our creators are located nationwide within India. If you’re doing a state-focused campaign you can filter influencers per state.

What happens if a creator doesn’t post?

We have witnessed very few instances of influencers backing out after initial commitment or after receiving the products. Our creators get rated by brands on many parameters, some of them being; their professionalism, execution and content quality. Any creator that backs out at the eleventh hour, leads to a drop in these ratings. Moreover, influencers only get paid after you’ve approved their post and content.

How much time does it take for a campaign to go live?

Since there are various modules starting from influencer discovery and selection, to payment, to shipping. It would take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get your campaign live. Onboarding happens fast, after that, it is ultimately up to the client how fast you approve influencer scripts & content and ship products. Once the creators receive products they have 7 days to create content & post unless the client specifies not to.

Can I work with the same creator more than once?

Sure, you can mark the creator as your favorite and can work with him/her multiple times.

How do I communicate with the creators?

Everything happens through our platform. You can select the creators that you would like to work with. They will create content based on your brief & specifications. Once you like the content, they will post the same based on your preferred schedule. This eliminates the hassle of a string of emails or DMs. That’s the joy of working with Cre8r.

What are the next steps and what happens after I sign up?

Once you have signed up as a brand, you will be instantly connected to an account manager who will schedule an onboarding call with you, help you get set up and will always be available to assist you.

What happens if I don't like the content?

You can reject the content if you deem it to be incompatible and if it doesn’t align with your campaign’s requirement. Since you are paying for the campaign, you have the right to reject the content and connect with the influencer by giving them adequate feedback in terms of what the brief is. Client gets two rounds of iterations which is sufficient in most cases.

How are products shipped to influencers on your platform? How can we track products?

We have API integrations with all courier companies and you can track all shipments from our platform itself. No need for an additional dashboard or interface. Least to mention, you have to bear the cost of shipment that includes courier cost and a nominal convenience fee.

What if the brand does not have an Instagram account, what to do?

Even if the brand does not have an Instagram account, you can redirect the campaign to a third-party e-com portal where the product is available.
